Therefore, YOU MUST adjust transfer amount to cover full price of the cost. See Enrollment & Information Booklet pg. 5 for payment details.
2- PayPal® FREE sign-up online or use app. Pay with bank account or credit card. PayPal® charges you a fee for transfer according to payment type. Use your PayPal account to send money abroad payable to our PayPal email:

What's INCLUDED in the Tour price: (For detailed list see p.2 under Terms & Conditions in Enrollment Booklet or FAQ -Tours tab)
Non-refundable Tour Enrollment Fee: 300€ (Euros) is part of the total tour price.
Tour transportation: All tour related transportation in Spain by train, bus, intra-tour flights and transfers between destination cities to accommodations.
Accommodations: All accommodations are provided beginning the night of the tour start date to the night of the last tour day. Each room contains private bath facilities. UCE prices are based on double occupancy. Single Rooms are available for an additional 450€.
Meals: Two food experiences daily – breakfast and either lunch, the main meal of the day typically a three-course meal, or dinner – are provided at local bars and restaurants, except for breakfast unless otherwise specified in itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Activities: Guided sightseeing tours specified in the itinerary and entrance fees to attractions and activities related to the tour are included.
Gratuities and taxes: Tour fees includes gratuities for services provided by local guides, restaurant staff as well as taxes assessed by lodging and restaurants.

International flight: Participants are responsible for purchasing and making their own flight arrangements from country of origin to Barajas Airport, Madrid.
Transportation: Transportation to and from the US, and to and from airport on arrival and departure days or during free time is not included. Taxi to/from airport to city center is a flat rate of 30€ per taxi. Credit card payment is available in all Madrid taxis.
Gratuities: Gratuities for services provided by tour directors. Recommended amount 15€ a day per participant.
Optional Travel/Medical Protection Plan: UCE highly recommends an optional Travel and/or Medical Protection Plan.

Payment due dates:
105 Days Before Tour Start Date:
The FULL price of the tour is due 105 days before the cursillo start date. If you are paying after the 105-day deadline, a 150€ Late Payment Fee will be charged.
104 to 74 Days Before Tour Start Date:
Anyone who wishes to enroll between 104 to 74 days prior to the tour start date MUST request to enroll in WRITING BY EMAIL. Late registration is accepted based on availability.
If availability allows, the participant must submit payment in full along with UCE’s 150€ (Euros) Late Enrollment Fee. Any participant cancelled for non-payment who wishes to be reinstated must do so in writing. If availability allows, the participant must submit payment in full along with the late enrollment fee. Late enrollments are accepted on a “wait-list” status. This does not guarantee acceptance into the tour; however, every effort will be made to accommodate “wait-list” participants. If space cannot be confirmed by 35 days prior to departure, UCE will return payment in full. If your late enrollment is accepted from the “wait list”, UCE cannot guarantee that you will be placed in the same hotel or transportation schedule as the tour group. UCE reserves the right to refuse any enrollment at its sole discretion or when UCE land space is not available.
